Demons

Demons is a short film written and directed by Zeb Lunz. A story very personal to him, Zeb had asked me to be the Director of Photography for the film. We shot for three days, from September 10, 2021 to September 12, 2021. I had never been a DP before, but since I was planning on DPing my own feature film later the same year, I figured it would be valuable experience.

It was great to work with Zeb, Adam Castillo, and David Gow again. This was my first time collaborating with Austin Butler and Nora Hahn, who I would later cast in The Intruder as the gun store employee and Olivia, respectively.

This was a very fun film to shoot. It was cool to see how much fun Zeb was having, how much he cared about it. And it was interesting to see him bring his story to life. I was glad to have been a part of it, and without this experience, I might not have had the same confidence going into The Intruder as I had.
